Harvested from the lush landscapes of Sololá, Guatemala, by the dedicated Cooperative Co-Atitlan, Co-Atitlan Honey, embodies the essence of direct trade & community collaboration. Established in 2015, the Co-Atitlan Cooperative comprises 24 associates, including five inspiring female members. Our journey with Co-Atitlan began three years ago, sparked by a heartfelt recommendation from a trusted friend and coop member. Since then, our relationship has blossomed into a bond built on trust, mutual respect, & shared values.

Crafted using the innovative honey process, each bean retains its natural sweetness & character, delivering a balanced, full-bodied cup bursting with delightful notes of honeycomb, caramel, pineapple, banana, & a subtle hint of citrus.
