Water Temperature

Many experts are now in agreement that water temp between 195-205 degrees does not have that large of variance. It can change taste a touch but maybe not as much as was once believed.

Water Amount

This is all about preference and extraction. Pre-wet is imperative to prep your grounds for perfect extraction.

When experimenting test one element at a time, such as grind size, amount of grounds, water temperature, amount of water, pre-wet amount,  time, and pouring method. Have fun!!
